What your practice gets

  • Personal setup at your front desk in about 20 minutes - in person (Auckland) or by video call
  • A direct line to the founder - issues fixed and languages prioritised for your patient community
  • Founding recognition - if you subscribe afterwards, your first licence runs 15 months instead of 12

What we ask in return

  • One 20-minute feedback call per month - three calls in total
  • Permission to publish an anonymised case study (e.g. “a West Auckland general practice”)
  • Honest feedback - what works at your front desk and what doesn’t

Your practice is never named unless you choose to be. If you’d like your practice named in the case study, that door is open - entirely your call, in writing, any time.

What happens after the 3 months
Nothing automatic. No card is required to start and there is no auto-charge at the end. If MyVaak has earned its place in your practice, subscribe at the standard $1,999/year - and as a founding practice, your first licence covers 15 months, not 12. If it hasn’t earned its place, we part as friends and you’ve helped make it better.

Open to NZ general practices, urgent care, and after-hours clinics. High-need patient communities are prioritised.
